Checklist

• Remove any starter workspace data from Settings → Starter data.
• Confirm email/notification preferences for each team member.
• Verify the LOVABLE_API_KEY secret is set if using assisted AI capture.
• Decide whether to extend ALLOWED_ORIGINS for the ai-visibility-capture function.
• Audit user_roles to ensure admins are correctly assigned (used by docs_feedback reads).
