Honesty as a product principle
Every panel sources from records you (or starter workspace data) created. If we have no data, we say so. If a feature is gated by setup, we say so.
Starter workspace data
Starter records carry an is_sample flag and a [STARTER] prefix. They never appear by default and are easy to remove from Settings → Starter data.
Starter workspace data is shown for exploration only — it is never mixed silently with real data.
